Scotty Roberson, along with Chuch Rathburn of Atlanta, GA recently provided an introduction to the Datamaster DMT Breath Device to the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense lawyers Convention in Columbia, SC. The speech was to help familiarize lawyers with the technology present in the newest breath testing device.

Scotty Roberson Completes Breathalyzer Training

Staff Investigator Scotty Roberson recently completed the "Supervisors Course" on the new DMT Breath Testing Device. This training was conducted on-site in Mansfield, OH, where the DMT Breath Testing Device is manufactured. Scotty's certification on the DMT Breath Testing Device is that of a supervisor, and he has been qualified as an expert for testimony purposes by courts in the science and theory of breath testing devices. |

Jamie Brandon Aids In DUI Training
Jamie Brandon recently returned as a "test" subject at a field sobriety training class conducted for upstate law enforcemet officers. This training, in which subjects are given controlled amounts of alchohol, allows trainees to apply their advanced DUI training in evaluating those under the influence.
