 Staff Investigator Scotty Roberson recently spoke as an instructor for a Field Sobriety Test seminar at the Denver School of Law. Scott is a frequent speaker on the National stage and in the local area on topics related to DUI Investigations, Field Sobriety Testing and Breath Testing.

Those charged have the right at all times to decline field sobriety tests. Refusal to take field sobriety tests does not constitute disobeying a police command and is considered a valid exercise of constitutional rights.
